Sandy was inspired to freestyle a new animal illustration after flipping through a National Geographic magazine in autumn of 2014.
After creating a Pinterest board filled with fish from all around the tropical region, she composted the illustration above using different aspects of each of the photographs.
Following the final ink outline composite, Steve used pastel Copic markers to add a layer of colour to the drawing, as seen above.
